VOEZONE TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose of the Service

Voezone provides a platform for purchasing products approaching their expiration date at discounted prices in businesses/supermarkets.

The Application:

• Lists businesses/supermarkets based on your location,
• Displays products approaching their expiration date,
• Sends notifications for the favorite products you set.

2. Account Creation and Use

• Accuracy and Privacy: To use the Application, you must create an account. The User is responsible for the completeness, accuracy, timely updating, and maintenance of all information registered on the Platform, including the username and password. The User is solely responsible for setting and updating their password securely, ensuring account security, not sharing credentials with third parties, and maintaining confidentiality. The User accepts that Voezone has no responsibility for damages resulting from third parties obtaining such information.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application.
• Suspension or Termination of Account: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms. If there is suspicion regarding the use of the account or security of the account and password, Voezone reserves the right to restrict, block, suspend, or terminate the User’s membership, without prejudice to its rights to claims and legal proceedings.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may only use the Application for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Legal and criminal liability arising from actions lies solely with the User.
• You must not act in a way that violates the rights of third parties.
• The User acknowledges that any actions taken using their username and password will be deemed to have been performed by them, and they cannot raise objections or avoid obligations on these grounds.
• It is prohibited to alter, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass security measures of the Application.
• All uploaded personal data, content, photos, videos, comments, or other materials must comply with laws, regulations, ethics, GDPR, and KVKK (Turkish data protection law).
• Content must not contain illegal, offensive, pornographic, infringing, or harmful material. Voezone enforces a zero-tolerance policy for such content.
• The User must take necessary precautions (licensed software, antivirus, etc.) against harmful software. Voezone is not responsible for any damages, data losses, or malware infections.

4. Service Usage Restrictions

• Information provided in the Application is for informational purposes only. Accuracy and availability of products are the responsibility of the relevant businesses/supermarkets.
• The Company is not responsible for any products of businesses/supermarkets.
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.

5. Pricing and Payment

• The Application is offered free of charge. However, all pricing related to purchasing products from businesses/supermarkets is subject to their own conditions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The design, content, logo, and all other components of the Application belong to or are licensed by the Company.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Application’s content is prohibited.
• All intellectual property rights in Voezone content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, software, code, and data, belong to Voezone.
• Content shared by other Users belongs to those Users, except for the license granted to Voezone to operate the Platform.
• Creating an account or using the Application does not grant Users any rights over Voezone’s intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or modification is strictly prohibited. Any violation requires compensation for damages caused to Voezone and/or third parties.

7. Commercial Electronic Messages

• If the User consents, Voezone may send commercial electronic communications via email, SMS, or phone calls for the promotion and marketing of its goods and services.
• The User has the right to refuse or withdraw consent for such messages. Voezone provides options within the Platform to manage communication preferences.

8. Disclaimer and Limitations

• The Company provides no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of products offered by businesses/supermarkets.
• The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Application.

9. Third-Party Links

• The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company is not responsible for these links or services.

10. Changes

• Voezone reserves the right to amend these Terms or Platform rules at any time by publishing updates. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.
• Non-signed waivers by Voezone are not valid. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
